Spot transactions of stainless steel stagnate, while the ss contract grows

Fluctuations in the ss contract were witnessed within a wide range as compared to its spot prices which remained stable in the last week of January. Stainless steel supply and demand both may increase after the Chinese New Year holiday. According to Shanghai Metals Market, the future prices of stainless steel will climb with respect to the fluctuating ss prices.
