Jindal Stainless wins ICC’s prestigious Corporate Governance and Sustainability

New Delhi, March 21, 2024: Jindal Stainless, India’s largest stainless steel manufacturer, has been honoured with the Indian Chamber of Commerce (ICC)’s prestigious Corporate Governance and Sustainability Vision Awards 2024 in the ‘Corporate Governance’ category for its efforts in upholding transparent operations within the organisation. Through the flagship initiative, the ICC has been recognising India businesses for their endeavours towards creating a sustainable future. Additional Secretary, Ministry of Coal, Government of India, Shri M Nagaraju graced the event, held here last week, as the presiding dignitary. Head, Legal and Company Secretary, Jindal Stainless, Mr Navneet Raghuvanshi received the award on behalf of the company.

The Corporate Governance and Sustainability Vision Awards, conceptualised in 2011, honour companies for positive steps taken to measure their economic, environmental, and social impacts and performance, and for integrating sustainability into their core business models.  The awards are classified into four categories: Corporate Governance Award, Corporate Social Responsibility Award, Sustainability Performance Award, and Water Stewardship Award.
