Jindal Stainless wins ‘Brand of the Year – CSR’ at Sambad Corporate Excellence Awards 2026 for community-building initiatives in Odisha

New Delhi, Hisar, Bhubaneswar, February 03, 2026: Jindal Stainless, India’s leading stainless steel manufacturer, has been conferred the ‘Brand of the Year – CSR’ award in the Platinum category at the Sambad Corporate Excellence Awards 2026. The recognition highlights the organisation’s exemplary Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in Odisha, with sustainability, community development, and stakeholder engagement embedded at the core of its operations in Odisha, home to its state-of-the-art plant.

The award was conferred by the Chief Guest, Shri Sampad Chandra Swain ji, Hon’ble Minister of State (Independent Charge), Industries, Skill Development and Technical Education, Government of Odisha, in the presence of industry leaders and distinguished guests, at a felicitation ceremony held on 30 January. The award was received by Mr. Sukanta Kumar Rath, Deputy General Manager – CSR (Jajpur), Jindal Stainless.
