To stand by them in this hour of crisis is not just for their well-being and sustenance, but also a constant reminder to the entire Jindal Stainless collective, that we are one large family. We are committed to our people, who are the pillars of our institutions.”

As per the policy, the families of the deceased employees will be entitled to the last drawn basic salary for 4 years from the date of demise or till notional retirement, whichever is earlier. The policy will also extend existing medical insurance to the immediate family for next 5 years.
