Jajpur, August 07, 2026: Jindal Stainless’ Jajpur unit commemorated the birth anniversary of Founder, Late Shri O P Jindal, through a series of employee-led community service and welfare initiatives, reflecting his enduring vision of compassion and collective and inclusive development.
The observance began with a pushpanjali and floral tribute ceremony at the statue of Late Shri O P Jindal within the plant premises. Chairman, Jindal Stainless, Mr Ratan Jindal, Unit Head – Jajpur, Jindal Stainless, Mr Deepak Agrawal, along with employees, business associates and senior leaders, paid homage to the visionary industrialist whose values continue to guide the organisation.
A key highlight of the day was a blood donation camp organised in association with the Indian Red Cross Society and the District Headquarters Hospital, Jajpur. The initiative witnessed enthusiastic participation from employees, business partners and contractors, resulting in the collection of about 550 units of blood, which will help support critical healthcare requirements in the region.
Also as part of the initiatives on the day, volunteers distributed fruit baskets to patients at the Community Health Centres in Danagadi and Jajpur road. Extending support to underprivileged communities, the Company distributed grocery kits to residents of the leprosy colony in Danagadi and organised meals at an old age home and a children’s home, reinforcing its continued engagement with the local community.
