New Delhi, 13 March, 2026: Jindal Stainless, India’s leading stainless steel manufacturer, has received the coveted ‘Significant Achievement in HR Excellence’ award at the 16th National HR Excellence Award Confluence 2025-26. This achievement reflects the company’s continuous efforts to strengthen people-centric systems and align its HR practices with the organisation’s long-term growth strategy. The award was conferred at the award ceremony, organised by the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), in Mumbai on March 11.
The award was received by Mr. Sushil Baveja, CHRO, Jindal Stainless, Mr. Rajeev Ranjan, Vice President, HR, Mr. Anand Pachouri, Head Learning & Development, and Ms. Vedika Arya, Associate Manager and HRBP, Jindal Stainless, and presented by Mr. Sanjay Behl, Chairman, CII National Committee on Leadership and HR and Chief Operating Officer and Jt. President, Adani Cement.

The CII HR Excellence Awards are conferred based on the CII HR Excellence Model, with the process deploying four Excellence model assessors. The assessment process for each participating organisation involves close to 250-300 hours of evaluation, including a five-day on-site assessment of HR practices within the organisations. The exhaustive on-site assessment was held at Jindal Stainless in December 2025, across pillars such as Leadership, HR Strategy, Learning and Development, HR process and systems, Employee Engagement, along with an evaluation of the results of related initiatives over the years.
