Our governance philosophy ensures that every decision - strategic or operational - upholds integrity and stakeholder trust. Through a three-tier ESG governance model, Board-level ESG oversight, and a cross-functional Sustainability Council, we have embedded responsibility into the core of our enterprise risk management. Every disclosure, policy, and digital control system reflects our belief that ethical governance is the foundation of lasting value creation. Focus Areas

Backbone of our Resilience

Responsible governance at JSL spans four themes that form the backbone of our resilience:

Our Goals

Data Privacy & Security

In the near term, our focus is on deepening ESG accountability at every level of leadership. We are strengthening risk alignment across operations, expanding digital compliance systems, and training internal teams on responsible governance and data protection.

By 2027, we aim to advance the digitalisation of our governance and compliance systems, strengthening data integrity, traceability, and cross-functional ESG performance management.
In the long term, our ambition is to lead the Indian stainless industry in governance excellence, setting a benchmark for ethical, transparent, and data-secure business conduct globally.
This ambition is formalised by our goal to achieve Responsible-Steel certification
Data Privacy & Security: Maintain zero cases of cybersecurity breaches
