Jindal Stainless In Venture To Acquire Us Steel Plant. (Business Standard 17.12.99) The Board of Directors of Jindal Stainless Ltd. (JSL) has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange of its decision to enter into a joint venture with SB International to acquire Bethlem Steel’s 60,000-tonnes-per-annum cold-rolling stainless steel facility in the US, in which JSL will have controlling interest. It will also purchase a majority stake in Jindal Transworld to make it a subsidiary and to transfer the Vasind Division of the company into Jindal Stainless  |
